Welcome to Nosey Gnome Organics. By placing an order, accessing the site, or visiting our farm shop, you agree to these Terms of Service.

About us

Nosey Gnome Organics is a family-run organic farm shop based at 3 Golf Course Rd, Tamborine Mountain QLD 4272, Australia. We sell certified organic produce and a curated range of organic groceries online for Click & Collect at our shop and weekend market stalls.

Orders & pre-payment

All online orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Once submitted, your order is locked in for collection at the time and location you've selected.

Stock is limited and may sell out without notice. If we can't fulfil an item you've paid for, we'll offer a substitute or refund the missing item to your original payment method.

Pricing & GST

Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We may change prices and product availability at any time.

Click & Collect

We offer pickup only — no delivery. You'll choose a pickup location and time at checkout. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more detail. Orders not collected within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, without prior arrangement, may be subject to the conditions in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at thenoseygnomefarmshop@gmail.com. Orders not yet packed can usually be cancelled and refunded in full. Once perishable items are packed, refunds may not be possible — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

Product information

We do our best to describe products accurately, including weights, varieties and provenance. Fresh produce naturally varies in size, colour and shape. Photos are illustrative.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a refund, replacement or repair where a consumer guarantee has not been met, and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits these rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
