When do orders close each week?
Online orders close Wednesday at 12pm. We pack everything Thursday morning, and orders are ready from midday at the farm shop. You can also collect at the Helensvale market (Saturday, 6–11am) or the Robina market (Sunday, 6–11am).

What if something I ordered isn't available?
If we're short on something, you can choose what happens: we'll either substitute with something similar of equal value, or refund the missing item to your original payment method. Just let us know your preference in the order notes at checkout.

What if I can't make it to pick up on the day?
Send us a quick message — we're a small family team and can usually hold your order until the next pickup window. Fresh produce doesn't keep, though, so the sooner you let us know, the better.

Do you deliver?
Not at the moment — we're focused on Click & Collect at the farm shop and the weekend markets.

Why pre-payment only?
It locks the order in. We pack what's been paid for, and there are no surprises on either side at pickup.
