Shipping policy

We're a Click & Collect business — no shipping or delivery at this stage. All orders are collected in person at one of our pickup points.

How pickup works

You choose your pickup location and time at checkout. We'll have your order packed and ready when you arrive. Bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) so we can match it up.

Order cut-off times

Cut-off times for each pickup point are shown at checkout. Orders placed after the cut-off may be allocated to the following week.

Items unavailable at pickup

If something you've pre-paid for isn't available when you arrive, we'll offer a comparable substitute or refund the missing item to your original payment method on the spot.

Late or missed pickups

We'll hold your order in optimal conditions until your nominated pickup time. If you can't make it, please get in touch as soon as possible — fresh produce doesn't keep.

Orders not collected within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, without prior arrangement, may be re-allocated. Refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for what happens to perishable and non-perishable items in this case.

Delivery

We don't currently offer delivery. If this changes in the future, we'll update this policy.
